PrintSF Free Edition is available for installation and use in your Salesforce.com instance at no cost, and by unlimited Salesforce Users. Charges are only incurred when optionally submitting orders for direct mail and/or print fulfillment services, which are paid by credit card in Free Edition at the time of Order Checkout.
Free Edition empowers you, working directly in Salesforce, to accomplish the following:
•Create USPS Verified Mail Lists: Mail Lists can be created directly from Salesforce Campaigns, Reports, or by uploading a CSV file, and with mailing addresses USPS verified, corrected and (optionally) de-duplicated in real time in Salesforce. After any direct mail order submission, National Change of Address verification also occurs on your submitted list before print and mail fulfillment, and with any forwards addresses available for CSV download and to optionally update back to Salesforce records.
•Direct Mail Using Your Uploaded Designs & Letters: Our series of "Upload Your Own" Templates for letters, postcards and folded mailers allow you to upload PDF files as the art and content for your card front and back sides, or - in the case of letters - upload your letterhead art, letter bodies and envelope art. PrintSF Free Edition then personalizes your uploaded art with recipient names and addresses from your selected Mail List(s).
•Direct Mail Using 100+Turnkey Card & Gift Designs: 100+ greeting card and gift designs are available as Templates you can personalize with sender contact info, photo, logo and signature image, as well as with recipients' names and addresses from your Mail Lists. A variety of greeting card and gift designs are provided for birthdays, holidays, seasonal themes and common occasions, making it easy to stay top of mind with customers, prospects and partners across the year.
•Order Custom Collateral Shipped To You: Beyond direct mail, you can also upload PDFs of flyers, postcards and folded cards, brochures, and business cards to be printed and bulk shipped to you, others in your company, or to partners.
